WHAT WE DO
The Northwest Arkansas Equestrian Coalition is dedicated to the preservation and education of the equestrian community. We strive to promote the growth and prosperity of our community through grassroots movements with servant hearts. We work together with an integrative approach, broadening the reach of each individual horse organization through collaboration and focus on learning.
PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.
Our organization offers a variety of programs and projects focused on the preservation, education, and growth of the equestrian community. These include community conservation projects and land easements to protect the natural habitats and resources that horses rely on, education programs to teach children and adults about horses and their care, and special local horse and agricultural related projects to improve the equestrian landscape in Arkansas. We also work on policy initiatives to ensure equestrian and agricultural interests are represented and protected.

Youth Education
Integrative & Collaborative
Our community conservation projects focus on preserving the land, habitats and resources that horses rely on. We work to protect local trails and open spaces, and advocate for the responsible use of land to ensure the long-term sustainability of our community.
Our early education programs are designed to teach children about horses and their care. We believe that by educating the next generation, we can ensure the long-term health and sustainability of our community.
Our team works to better the equestrian community through embracing diversity, breaking through barriers, and bringing horse people together so that our broad spectrum of organizations can UNITE to better all things horses as a whole. Servant hearts integrate organizations to make a positive impact.
Break Equestrian Barriers
Educational Opportunities
Agricultural Policy
We are committed to protecting horses, our way of life as equestrians, no matter the discipline, sport or breed. The equestrian community is big enough for all of us and the NWAEC believes that we must break through social, economical and political barriers that limit us. Through education, advocacy, and partnerships we work toward inclusiveness, wholesome culture, and ensure the sustainability of the equestrian way of life.
Arkansas is a land of opportunity for broadening our horizons in the area of equine education. From clinicians to small events to educational programs, the NWAEC supports and promotes educational opportunities that will sustain our equestrian community for generations to come.
In many ways the equestrian community's presence works hand in hand with the agriculture community, and the NWAEC recognizes the importance of working toward a brighter future in agriculture. Together, we can build a better landscape for agricultural land through preservation and programs that give us all a brighter tomorrow.
UNITE. TEACH. EMPOWER. GROW.
Whether on two legs, or four hooves, we can all work together to build a brighter tomorrow for the Arkansas equestrian community.
